These products are made from selected fruit, picked when fully ripe. They preserve their natural taste and softness even after long storage at low temperatures, making them ideal for cold fillings and especially good for mirror glazing mousses, Bavarian creams, semifreddos, single-portion desserts.
They can be used as simple decoration or as real ingredients to add to ice-cream, desserts and cakes, enriching their flavour and appearance.
This product’s balanced consistency allows for perfect cutting, with no drips or squashed fillings.
