NUVOLA Bases are available in 50/100/150 g/litre doses, for milk- or water-based ice creams and for both hot and cold processes.
NUVOLA MILK is an excellent base for an ice cream with a thick creamy consistency, warm on the palate. Available in a neutral flavour or with a hint of fresh cream.
NUVOLA WATER neutral-flavour base with no fat or milk derivatives for the preparation of classic, creamy sorbets that enhance any fruit flavour.
